Finally, I’m talking about individual shape.
No 1. 日根野形兜 HINENO
This shape of helmet is one of the head-shaped helmet which is for the defense for the gun.
The curved surface repels bullet.
And it’s a very popular shape that time.
Also, shape of mask is my favorite shape “Menpo”.
It express anger, so that scared enemies and encourages oneself.
I made two color choice, red and black.
Red Urushi is made by ancient red pigment which is traditional way to make red Urushi.
Black Urushi is usually made by oxidation reaction with iron, but also I made it by traditional way, mixed charcoal.
